It is included in the Logan, Utah-Idaho (partial) Metropolitan Statistical Area. Cache is located at 41°50?11?N 112°0?1?W? / ?41.83639°N 112.00028°W? / 41.83639; -112.00028 (41.836370, -112.000202). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.0 square miles (15.6 kmē), of which, 5.7 square miles (14.7 kmē) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.9 kmē) of it (5.82%) is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 37 people, 13 households, and 10 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 6.5 people per square mile (2.5/kmē). There were 16 housing units at an average density of 2.8/sq mi (1.1/kmē). The racial makeup of the CDP was 100.00% White.
